ABOUT:
This is an all-day specialized training session presented by the Labour Relations Committee and offers a deeper understanding of mastering the necessary leadership skill of negotiations.
 
The masterclass will offer participants knowledge in confidently navigating labour relations negotiations and high-stakes conversations.
 
Participants can also expect to walk away with knowledge in: 
 
 
Participation spots are extremely limited. Application and participation fee will be required. Not all applicants will be selected, participants will be selected by a small selection panel. Ideal candidates are individuals who have a strong and genuine interest and desire in participating in future labour negotiations on a national level (CTA, PGC, ADC) and can demonstrate some level of experience in labour negotiations at the time of application.

Selected participants will be notified no later than March 27, 2025.
