Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario) will join PACT members for a lunch-and-learn session on the Tourism Growth Program, part of the Federal Tourism Growth Strategy that charts a course for long-term growth, investment, and stability in Canada’s tourism industry.

While the program is focused on tourism, eligible activities that may pertain to theatres include those that:

  • support the Indigenous tourism industry
  • support economic, environmental and cultural sustainability
  • extend the tourism season outside the traditional high season

Our guest for the session is Jordan Grensewich, Director of Community Economic Development for Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario.

Please note: members in Northern Ontario are under the jurisdiction of the Federal Development Agency for Northern Ontario (FedNor), so information presented at this lunch and learn will not apply to you. PACT has reached out to FedNor to try to arrange a separate session for you. Please see here (scroll down) for a map of FedDev Ontario's catchment.
