Julia Gaunt-Rannala is the Practice Manager and a Senior Associate at Young Associates. She has been working with charities and non-profits for over ten years, providing bookkeeping, financial management, training, process consulting, and Interim Director of Finance support.  Prior to joining Young Associates, she worked as an Equity Stage Manager.
