ABOUT
We are pleased to offer a closing night dinner hosted by Two Planks and a Passion Theatre.
Join us for a special evening under the stars, where delegates will gather to enjoy a final meal together to wrap up the conference and the 2025 season.
Two Planks and a Passion Theatre is nestled on 178 acres of rolling farmland, surrounded by lush forests, open fields, and tranquil ponds. This dinner offers the perfect setting to relax, reflect and forage deeper connections before the conference comes to a close.
Savour a delicious meal, created with local ingredients, share stories, and enjoy the warmth of community in this one-of-a-kind-experience - a perfect way to wrap up our time together.

SCHEDULE*
The final day of the conference is at Two Planks & a Passion in Ross Creek.
The tentative schedule is as follows:
10:00 AM - Depart the hotel
12:00 - 6:00 PM - Lunch and Programming including sessions hosted by 2 Planks and a Passion, Strategic Planning, & the Awards Ceremony.
6:00 PM - The first round of buses will leave for those not attending the dinner.
6:15 PM - Dinner for registered delegates.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation to Two Planks and a Passion Theatre and back to the hotel will be provided.
MENU
The menu will be an east coast style meal featuring local foods foraged or farmed within an hour of Ross Creek.
There will be an optional barn dance with live music and gathering around bonfires.
Please note: Delegate information about food preferences, allergies and sensitivities will be collected during the PACTcon 2025 registration process.
