David Warburton is the Artistic Executive Director of The Port Theatre and the former Managing Director for the Company at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet (RWB).Warburton joined the RWB in 2013 and has served an integral role in reshaping the ballet company. His work at the RWB has taken him around the world including China, Colombia, Argentina, Italy, Germany, and many other destinations. He is the Board President of the Canadian Dance Assembly, the national arts service organization that provides a strong voice for Canadian dance and supports the development of resources for the dance sector through its various programs and advocacy efforts.
Pam Patel performs with numerous Canadian companies, touring nationally and internationally. A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University’s music program, Pam specialized in new music and improvisation, establishing a career as a multidisciplinary artist. Pam is currently the Artistic Director of MT Space where she pursues her passion for centralizing racialized voices through theatre. In 2018, Pam was a recipient of Rotary International’s ‘Paul Harris Fellowship for Service Above Self in Arts and Culture’. Most recently, Pam received the ‘Emerging Leader in Performing Arts Award’ from Canadian arts presenting association, CAPACOA, and is a recipient of Zonta’s 2021 Women of Achievement Award. Pam is now a part of the board of CAPACOA and is looking forward to bringing her advocacy to a national level.
Boomer Stacey is a mixed-blood settler/immigrant with roots extending to Cornwall (England), Sri Lanka, Nederlands and Portugal. Before joining Boca del Lupo, Boomer served as the Executive Director of the Professional Association of Canadian Theatres (PACT) as well as an Artistic Advisor at the New Victory Theater in New York City. Boomer has also provided leadership for the International Performing Arts for Youth (IPAY) based in Philadelphia, PA, as Executive Director, as well as Artistic Director of the Milk International Children’s Festival of the Arts at Harbourfront Centre in Toronto.
