About the Grand Theatre
The Grand is a not-for-profit, charitable, regional theatre producing and presenting professional theatre on two stages: the Spriet Stage (839 seats) and the Auburn Stage (150 seats).
A typical season at the Grand runs September to May including an annual fall High School Project musical and five Jeans ‘n Classics concerts. In additional to its own produced season, the Grand rents our theatre spaces to community groups, local arts organizations and members of the general public for performances, special events and gatherings.

Job Description
Director of Development, Grand Theatre (London, Ontario)
Leading the Grand’s fund development strategy & activity in the areas of individual giving, planned giving, endowment funds and private foundations, the Director of Development is responsible for donor relations. You will be the key contact with current donors, prospect and engage new donors and actively build donor relationships with the Grand. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to support these activities and to achieve annual revenue targets. You will also provide support to the Grand’s business partnerships, special events and public revenue (grant) funding opportunities.
This senior leadership role reports directly to the Executive Director and collaborates closely with the Artistic Director, the Director of Business Relationships & Events, the Director of Marketing, and other members of the senior leadership team. This role is highly self-directed, and is supported by a Development Coordinator, shared with the Director of Business Partnerships & Events.
