  • DATE: October 8 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
  • FEE: $25.00 for Members / $25.00 for Non-Members
  • VENUE: PACT Zoom

PACT is proud to present the upcoming workshop Resilience and Renewal: Strategies for Thriving in Challenging Times on Tuesday October 8th 1pm - 3pm ET.

In today's fast-paced and demanding work environment, leaders play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and compassionate workplace culture. However, the pressure to meet deadlines, manage resources, and support teams can lead to compassion fatigue and burnout if not carefully managed.

Built and let by Harmony@Work, this workshop equips leaders with tools and strategies needed to maintain their "caring muscles", balance empathy with self-care, and effectively support their teams while managing their own stress and well-being.

What you'll learn:

  • Key Concepts: Understand the difference between empathy and compassion, and recognize the signs of compassion fatigue and burnout.
  • Prioritization Skills: Learn to assess what is truly "on your plate" and set realistic priorities to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Self-Compassion and Boundaries: Discover how self-compassion and setting clear boundaries can serve as antidots to burnout.
  • Supportive Leadership: Explore communication strategies for offering support, even under tight deadlines.
  • Burnout Prevention: Identify the difference between eliminating stressors and eliminating stress, and understand how to complete the stress cycle to prevent burnout.
  • Effective Self-Care: Develop best practices for improving self-care in the workplace, ensuring both personal and team resillience.
