In this session brought to you by PACT's HR Committee, Dawnette Baldeo will walk you through writing a job description for a hiring process. This fulsome approach will be designed to make jobs appeal to both theatre insiders and new recruits from other sectors, by using the job description to identify transferable skills and experiences alongside listing key job duty benchmarks.

If you expect to be hiring in 2024, this session will be a great way to brush up your recruiting skills.

Dawnette Baldeo has over two decades of successful and dynamic leadership experience in human resources. Armed with an MBA, Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), and Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) certifications, Dawnette excels in spearheading innovative strategies to revolutionize business outcomes through HR operations. Her career spans diverse roles, notably as a Human Resources Consultant, where her focus on strategic and operational enhancements has shaped organizational effectiveness. She currently serves as the Lead Human Resources Consultant at Stratford Festival.
