Whether you’re brand new to the Canadian Theatre Agreement or a fillable PDF veteran in need of a refresher, please join Lyndee Hansen (Producer) and Christine Gruenbauer (Company Manager) from the Grand Theatre as they demystify the paperwork you need to file with CAEA and offer helpful suggestions to promote clarity and efficiency in your work. Topics will include Company Category Calculation, Security paperwork, and contracting.

Lyndee Hansen is a well respected arts administrator with over 20 years experience.  She has worked at Crow’s Theatre, Alberta Theatre Projects and Geordie Theatre before landing at the Grand Theatre in London, ON. Currently she is the producer at the Grand, and before taking on that role in 2021 she was the Production Manager for the company for six years. Lyndee is also an active volunteer serving on the PACT board between 2010 – 2021 in a variety of roles including two terms on the executive, one term as Vice President and one term as Treasurer.  She has also volunteered for PACT as a negotiator on the collective agreements with PGC, CAEA and ADC, which she chaired in 2021.

Christine Gruenbauer is an arts manager and independent theatre producer. She is the current Company Manager of the Grand Theatre in London, ON, having started as the Administration Associate in 2019. Christine began her career as the Associate Producer of the London Fringe Festival and has worked at the Stratford Festival. She is co-founder and producer of Allswell Productions, an award-winning independent theatre company in London, ON that focuses on contemporary musical theatre.
