New Caucus: New Works Architects Meeting

The new caucus NEW WORKS ARCHITECTS (NWA) is meeting on Wednesday December 13th, 2:30 pm ET.

A PACT Caucus is a group of companies that have similar mandates or areas of practice. The New Work Architects Caucus is aimed to bring together member companies and affiliate members who are small to mid-sized, put artists and art at the centre of their activities, and spend most of their time developing, producing, and potentially touring new Canadian theatre.

During the PACT conference in Kamloops earlier this year, there was discussion among members about forming a new caucus that would capture the companies that don't currently fit into any existing caucuses. The New Works Caucus held its preliminary meeting in October, under the temporary title of Mid-Sized Theatres Caucus. Due to the enthusiastic reception and participation of members, it was decided that the caucus will move forward, and a new name better fitting the attending members was selected. 

The zoom info will be sent out to the initial mailing list closer to the date.
