Few theatre companies are able to have a full-time staff member focused exclusively on Human Resources – yet HR support is more crucial than ever as our workplaces evolve at a rapid pace. To meet this need, seven Montreal companies have recently come together to hire a shared HR Ombud. In this roundtable presented by PACT’s HR Committee, we’ll talk about why this coalition formed, how the model works, and what lessons are being learned along the way.
