Job Description
SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER

Status: Full-Time continuing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (35 hours per week)
Some travel, occasional weekend, or evening work
Annual/hourly salary: $82,000 - $120,200 (position with benefits and pension plan)

Key activities:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and in partnership with key stakeholders, the SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER is a crucial part of the Audience Engagement management team. As the chosen candidate, you will be responsible for leading the Marketing teams for a portfolio of artistic disciplines to oversee a comprehensive range of efforts aimed at nurturing loyal audiences, while building relationships with new audiences.

Specific Duties:
• Lead the Marketing teams for several artistic disciplines to identify, develop and execute strategic marketing plans; including managing the work of the Agency;
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports
• Lead customer relationship management practices, seeking out and interpreting audience insights to inform strategies;
• Design and implement innovative audience development initiatives;
• Set goals, analyze progress, and adjust strategy, as appropriate;
• Lead other overarching Marketing strategies/programs, as required;
• Develop, monitor and maintain forecasts and budgets.
Required qualifications:
• Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, related discipline or comparable work experience;
• Fully bilingual;
• Minimum seven (7) years experience in a related marketing role;
• Experience managing others;
• Expertise in marketing campaign strategy development, implementation and analysis;
• Superior analytical skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders;
• Superior planning and problem-solving skills;
• Experience developing revenue forecasts and managing budgets;
• Interest in the performing arts would be an asset;
• Must be available for some travel, weekend and evening work.
