Outbound Ticketing Representative – Call Centre
(5 Opportunities)

Responsibilities:

– Soliciting for a ticket sale, upselling and selling related items through outbound phone calls
– Establish and develop the relationship between the Stratford Festival and its patrons
– Promote customer loyalty and confidence
– Providing efficient, enthusiastic and professional customer service

Qualifications:

– Excellent verbal communication skills
– Previous sales experience
– Effective problem-solving skills
– Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office
– Ability to work independently

Preference will be given to candidates with previous relevant work experience in sales and customer service with a passion for theatre and the arts.

These seasonal part-time positions will begin June 24, 2019. Hours of work will be scheduled during the following periods:  Monday to Thursday 3:00p.m. – 9:00p.m.  Hours will not exceed 25 per week and there is possibility for schedule flexibility for the successful candidates.
