Peer to Peer – Outreach and Engagement

October 26, 2017 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT

Peer to Peer – Outreach & Engagement

Thursday, October 26, from 1pm to 2pm ET (please adjust for your time zone!)

With Autumn Smith, Education and Audience Development Manager, Canadian Stage (Toronto), and Patrick Lloyd Brennan, Senior Associate, Sales and Cultural Affairs, Segal Centre for the Arts (Montreal).

A conversation for theatre professionals working in outreach and engagement. This P2P call will provide an opportunity to share best practices and challenges, and provide an open forum for questions – both a continuation of discussions from calls last season and at PACTcon2017 in Charlottetown, and a place for new ideas and questions.

How can development and engagement departments work together to reach the right people with the right projects? What kind of data and information is helpful for reporting? In securing further funding? How can we remain authentic in outreach initiatives while ticking off those funding criteria boxes?

Group sizes are kept small to ensure maximum participation and engagement. No cost to participate – open to staff at PACT member companies.

This call is part of PACT’s Peer to Peer [P2P] series

Connect with your colleagues through facilitated teleconference calls on focused topics.

Peer to Peer conference calls are an opportunity to talk with your colleagues in the same positions as you, from across the nation. Topics to be explored will be relevant to specific roles or responsibilities, with special guests invited in to share best practices or innovative ideas.

Topics will be chosen from ideas e-mailed in by YOU as well as current trends or hot topics that will be interesting to individuals with specific jobs, positions or areas of responsibility. Contact Boomer at or call at 416-595-6455 x16 to share your ideas.
