Become a PACT Peer to Peer Facilitator
PACT’s Peer to Peer sessions give members the opportunity to connect with colleagues who work in similar roles at theatre companies across the country. They are casual and conversational forums to share ideas, discuss common challenges, and build on your successes.
We’re looking for volunteer facilitators who would be keen to coordinate Peer to Peer sessions for their area of practice for 2021-22. This involves working with PACT staff and your fellow facilitators to schedule zoom meetings (every month or two), picking themes for discussion, and helping your peers have focused and insightful conversations. It’s a great opportunity to meet your peers, take on a leadership role, and participate in the PACT community.

- Education & Outreach
- Development & Fundraising
- Marketing & Communications
- Production Managers & Technical Directors
We’d be excited to set up Peer to Peer sessions for other areas of practice too, so long as we have interested facilitators from the membership to lead the way. In the past, there have been meetings for Artistic & Programming, Managing Directors, Rental Managers, and more.
