Last week, members from Region 4 (Ontario outside Toronto) gathered at the Grand Theatre in London, where arts equity trainer and veteran theatre artist Michele Decottignies conducted the All In two-day foundational training in anti-oppressive practice, custom designed for theatre practitioners.
Seven companies from across the province sent representatives from their leadership teams, and Rachel Kennedy from Theatre Ontario was also in attendance. Facilitation support was provided by Deidre Walton, PACT’s own Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator.
Many thanks to the team from the Grand Theatre, not only for attending in large numbers, but also for generously donating space and providing the practical support necessary to ensure a smooth and hospitable couple of days for everyone involved.
Up next: All In comes to Region 1 (British Columbia)
All In’s two-day foundational training for Region 1 will take place on November 6th and 7th in Vancouver.
